Description
This class is a powerful yoga sequence to build strength and stability. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with a forceful breathing techniques to activate energy and increase circulation of the body; and some dynamic warm ups. Going into the powerful flow with high plank, side plank, high lunge with twisting, warrior pose with variations like reverse warrior pose, extended side angle pose and some balancing poses, which helps strengthen the entire body. Progressively moving to various one-legged balancing poses and dancer pose. The class completes with hip opening, twisting and lateral stretching poses to release all the tensions.
After the practice, you will feel power up and more confident.
