Description
This class is a hatha-based sequence that contains a comprehensive flow of balancing, front bending, back bending, twisting and lateral stretches poses. Focus on bringing the awareness back to different body parts. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with some dynamic warm ups for all the joints, shoulders, chest, upper body and spine. Continued with some spinal lengthening, twisting and lateral stretching poses such as triangle pose that improves spinal health. Going into balancing poses such as half moon and tiger pose, that draws your awareness back to your body; the some core strengthening poses like plank and side plank. Progressively going into king pigeon that reminds your body and mind to ease the tension so that you can go deeper. There will be some twisting, forward bending and hip opening poses to release any lower back tensions to end the session.
After the practice, you will be able to observe the difference in your body and mind, you will gain the benefits of hatha yoga physically and mentally.
