Description
This class contains a comprehensive balancing sequence of arm and leg strengthening poses. Aiming to find your balance and build your stability. Suitable for regular practitioners.
The class begins with warm ups on shoulders, wrists, upper body and core. In this sequence, you will start with arm strengthening poses like crow pose to increase stamina. Then you will go into balancing poses such as half moon, tree pose, warrior III and one-legged chair pose. Progressively into more challenging pose like side crow, one-legged chair pose with twisting, dragonfly. You core will also be strengthened with some boat pose variations.
After the practice, you will discover the strengths and weaknesses of your body throughout the balance. You will feel more determined.
