Description
This slimming class contains a sequence of dynamic movements focusing on strengthening and toning, and ending with some stretching poses. Aiming to tone the body up. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with warm ups on shoulders with rotations and side obliques with lateral stretches. Then toning the leg with standing poses like warrior I, revolved triangle, chair pose, goddess pose and toning the abdomen with core strengthening poses like plank, boat pose. Completing with some gentle twisting to release any lower back tension.
After the practice, you will feel you all major muscles engaged and body getting toned up.
