Description
This class is a mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching postures with mindful breathing and meditation, aiming to reduce stress and soothe the nerves.
The class begins with gentle movements on upper body and neck, releasing tensions on the shoulders and upper back. Following with some lateral stretches and hip opening poses such as butterfly, lunges, half splits and lizard pose. Mindful breathing exercises such as alternate nostril breathing and chakra meditation are focused to bring awareness to own self.
After the practice, you will feel calm and soothed.
