Description

This sun vinyasa class is a continuous moving sequence. Suitable for all levels.

The class begins with whole body stretching such as gentle twisting, cat and cow pose. Flowing into sun salutation with low lunge, warrior I and II, reverse warrior, extended side angle, triangle pose. You will also practice balancing and leg strengthening poses like tree pose and extending the one leg out, goddess pose. After all the strengthening poses, you will be well stretched out with cow face pose, figure four, happy baby and some gentle twisting.

You will be energized after the class. Practicing sun vinyasa flow increases circulation and improves metabolism, benefits physically and mentally.
