Description

This class is a positive yin yoga sequence aiming to release tension in the body and mind by staying in poses with mindful breaths. Suitable for all levels.

The class begins with relaxing neck and shoulder movements, gentle twisting, chest and hip opening. This class focuses on mindfully stretching the body with breaths. You will first stay in supported downward facing dog for 10-12 breaths. Then supported puppy pose and forward bending pose, which effectively lengthen the spine, open the chest and stretches the shoulders. Moving to more stretching poses to open the chest and hips with blocks.

You will feel refreshed and lighter after the practice.
