Description
This class brings you into restful practice and slowly opens the body by staying in classic yin yoga poses. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with mindful breathing, some gentle stretches and simple forward bending. Moving into shoulders, hips and hamstring stretches such as lizard pose, half splits and pyramid pose. More hip and thigh stretches with pigeon, cow face, figure four and happy baby to release tightness and emotional blockage in these areas. Closing the practice with relaxing twists and calming breaths.
You will feel calm and rejuvenated after the practice.
