Description
This slimming class focuses on the contains a hatha-based sequence to boost your physical and mental strength. It consists of dynamic movements focusing on strengthening and toning, and ends with some stretching poses. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with lateral stretch, cat and cow stretch, hip and shoulder rotations. Then going into strengthening poses like warrior I, humble warrior, revolved triangle. Completing with bridge pose and gentle twisting to release any lower back tension.
After the practice, you will feel muscles engaged and toned up.
