Description
This class features an advanced hatha yoga sequence with a comprehensive flow of balancing, forward bending, backward bending, twisting, and inversion poses. You'll begin with preparatory poses, followed by a step-by-step approach toward the final pose, and end with neutralising movements and counter poses. Modifications are given; please practice safely and progressively by listening to your body. Suitable for regular practitioners.
Start with leg balancing poses that build strength and stability, followed by twisting poses to increase flexibility. Progressively move into deeper twisting and backward bending poses, and then onto more challenging poses, such as full splits and a combination of supported and tripod headstands.
You will enjoy the process of discovering the limitations of your body and exploring how to break through.
