Phoebe會帶領大家做一些伸展動作,護理我們肩頸背位置,這些動作不僅可以舒緩背部不適、還可以改善體態,增加肩膊的靈活度。課堂當中會使用瑜珈帶及瑜伽磚輔助,加深肩膊的開展,減輕肩頸僵硬。
