指南針式(Compass pose)是傳統hatha瑜伽的動作,也屬於高級體式。雖然只是一個坐姿的式子,但它也需要全身的靈活度及力量。Phoebe會帶領大家配合呼吸,做一系列的熱身及瑜珈動作。課堂會提供變化體式及教導如何簡化動作,練習者可根據自己需要使用瑜伽磚及瑜珈帶。
