This pranayama class is a breath guided practice with gentle movements. This class will introduce different breathing techniques to promote holistic health. Suitable for all levels.

The class is incorporated with some gentle lateral stretches and twisting to release any body tension, and few sets of sun salutation to improves circulation. Various breathing techniques are then introduced such as alternate nostril breathing, kapalbhati, bastrika, sheetali and sheetkari. The class ends with breath and body awareness and a relaxing meditation.
