Description
A powerful yoga sequence to build strength and stamina. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up session. Get into the flow with a high plank; a side plank; a high lunge with twisting; the warrior pose (or variations like the reverse warrior pose); extended side angle pose; and some balancing poses to strengthen the entire body. This is followed by an inversion practice like a headstand to strengthen the spine and revitalise the body and mind, concluding with gentle twisting and lateral stretching.
After this class, you'll feel recharged and inspired to take on the day with a new perspective.
