Description
This slimming yoga class focuses on developing muscle tone and improving metabolism. Suitable for all levels.
Start with standing poses like the triangle pose; reverse triangle pose; the warrior II with variations; and the goddess pose, which are great for toning the legs. Flow into arm strengthening poses like the high plank, low plank, and the side plank. Continue with a core and glutes workout through the boat pose with twisting, which activates respective muscles. End with upper body stretches and gentle twisting.
This practice will make you sweat as you feel your muscles toning up.
