Description
In this Pawanmuktasana first series practice, Master Anurag will guide you in practicing foundational movements of the lower body, arm, shoulders and neck. These asanas can be understood as wind or energy releasing postures. In daily life, we may have constipated pranas in our joints. This practice allows you to help you have enhanced energy circulation.
Synchronising your breath to the movements as Master Anurag instructs will allow you to awake the subtle pranic energies. Without the synchronisation of breath, these movements are also beneficial to release tension in the joints.
