Description
This class features a gentle hatha yoga sequence, focused on improving overall body strength and flexibility through various twisting, bending, and balancing movements. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with warm-up stretches of the shoulders, chest, and spine. This is followed by sun salutations, which give a full range of motions to the body, developing strength and flexibility. Continue with a wide-legged standing pose with forward bending, twisting and chest opening variations to stretch the back of the legs and spine.
After the practice, you will feel a boost in energy and mood. Ultimately, you will feel a restoration of mind and body balance.
