Description
It's always good to have someone, especially in your family, to practice yoga with. Children as young as four years of age can begin practicing yoga. Practicing with your children can motivate you as well as provide you with an open and relaxed mindset towards your practice.
Join Dr. Yogananth Andiappan and his son Ethan as they practice in the beautiful scenery of Dog's Tooth in Lantau, Hong Kong.
