Description
This class targets deep stretches in the hip, hamstring and quadriceps. Yang poses which go against gravity are countered with Yin poses which go towards gravity to provide a balanced practice. You will find a good challenge for your core strength as you take flight in this practice.
Master Vishnu provides several variations and modifications in this class using yoga blocks. The props can be used to lessen or intensify different poses. Keep a mindful attitude and use the props to make the practice tailored to your body.
