Description
The class starts with an introduction to Yoga Therapy by Dr Yogananth Andiappan and its application in everyday life to maintain and improve body condition.
In this practice, you will be guided to move and breathe with a focus on all the different major joints and muscles, and additional attention to the core body functions e.g. the respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system and nervous system.
