Description
This is a fun and dynamic class to get yourself toned! You will start with gentle warm-ups and followed by a series of breath-combined movements and poses in repetition. You will also make use of a yoga strap to practise various stretching and strengthening poses. End with breathing exercises to cool down the body and mind.
