Description
This class begins with a Sun Salutation and continues to a balanced Hatha yoga sequence that is designed to be suitable for beginners and all levels of practitioners.
Throughout the sequence, each asana allows your body to progressively open up and ease into the practice. Continued practice of the Sun Salutation helps you build flexibility, strength and tone. As you practice, stay aware of your breath, your body and your mind.
