This Andiappan class introduces the benefits and practical experience of wall assistance for your yoga practice.
In this series, you will explore postures taking support of the wall, using the wall as a neutral base. The wall provides an opportunity for you to have grounding support that enhances the quality of the yoga poses. You will get to know more about yourselves in terms of alignment and how you move the body. Be mindful of the intensity of the postures, as the wall gives a deeper range of movement, for example in twisting and back-bending poses.
