Description
This slimming class contains a sequence of dynamic movements focusing on strengthening and toning and ending with some stretching poses. Aiming to tone the body up. Suitable for all levels.
The class begins with warm-ups on the spine with twists and rotations, and side obliques with lateral stretches. Then tone the legs and abdominal muscles with various core-engaged and leg lifting poses like knee-to-chest pose, cobra pose, and goddess pose. Completing with some gentle stretches to release any tension on the hip joint, spine and neck.
After the practice, you will feel all major muscles engaged and your body toned up.
