Description
Our signature Andiappan themed class on hips and hamstrings to take your practice to another level. This class is perfect for improving postures focused on hips and hamstrings, and developing a discipline sequence for self-practice.
The first part of the class will begin with low to medium intensity movements, and dynamic warm-ups, focusing on different muscle groups of the hips. The second part will be focused on various hip postures which do not only require hip mobility, but also arm strength and body coordination for balancing.
Through the traditional Andiappan teaching sequence, you will be guided with clear instructions and modifications. You may feel challenged both physically and mentally, follow the flow, keep an open mind pace yourself in the practice.
