Description
Grasshopper pose is a fun and challenging pose for your body and mind. It is an arm balancing pose that involves deep hip opening, forward bending and twisting of the spine.
This tutorial will begin with a series of hip movements to release hip tension especially focusing on external rotation of the hips, progressively incorporating twisting. Master Yogananth will then demonstrate how to do a grasshopper pose. Try and have fun!
