Description
Yin yoga is a slow-paced meditative practice. It targets the connective tissues of the body, including the ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia and the meridians. Yin yoga has numerous health benefits, it increases circulation, improves mobility and stimulates the organs by meridians. This practice encourages deep release with passive and long-held poses, bringing balance and calmness to the body and mind.
Master Edith will guide you through the entire practice, make sure you are taking long and deep breaths, and become fully present in each posture. Inhale to bring oxygen to different body parts, energise the nervous system and exhale to ease your muscles, let go of stress and tension.
