Description
This detox yoga class combines breathing exercises with dynamic body movements to cleanse the body internally. Suitable for all levels.
Begin with dynamic warm-up stretches, followed by standing lateral and forward bending poses with active exhalations. These activate the manipura chakra, stimulate bowel movements, and improve digestion. Twisting poses such as the warrior twist also helps increase stamina.
