Master Yogananth will begin with dynamic warm-ups to improve circulation and release joint stiffness. Followed by a variety of static stretches to improve hip mobility and spine flexibility. Gentle back bending poses such as cobra pose, heart pose and blocks supported fish pose are practiced, these are good to simulate the spinal nerves and relieve stress. End with several breathing techniques to bring energy to your body and mind.
