Description
This session is intended to bring practitioners to a deeper state of relaxation through pranayama and meditation with the sound and vibrations of the singing bowl.
Master Anuja will begin the class with some gentle stretches to open the body, allowing prana to flow through the body smoothly. You will then learn breathwork to imoprove breathing capacity, calm the mind and reduce anxiety. For example, inhale and exhale with different ratios, alternate nostril breathing and progressively add in breath-holding techniques.
Slow down and connect with your breath. Prepare your body to receive the healing benefits of sound and vibrations!
