Description
This Yin yoga session is a slow and calming practice, focusing on releasing tension in the body and mind.
Master Dilip and Master Anuja will guide you from one pose to another smoothly, stretching out the entire body, and creating space in all joints, including the neck, shoulder, wrists, back, hips, legs and ankles. Slowly move deeper into long-held restorative postures and end with alternate nostril breathing to bring better balance to your nervous system.
It is a perfect full-body stretch to recover at the end of a stressful day, or anytime when you wish to reconnect with yourself. Yin practice brings more flexibility and mobility to your body as well as your mind, creating openness in your life.
