Description
In this 60-minute session, Master Dilip and Master Edith will take you through a comprehensive sequence to power up your core, and strengthen the entire body.
The class begins with dynamic movements to warm up on all the joints to prevent injuries. Followed by a few sets of sun salutations to activate the body for strength, flexibility and circulations. You will prepare the body for more challenging poses by repetitive movements as well as holding static poses such as plank, side plank to build core strength.
With the clear instructions and demonstrations, you will be guided into poses that requires core strength in different degrees, including crow pose, eight limbs pose, boat pose, celebate pose, headstand, elbow stand.
Keep an open mind for this fun and challenging class. After the class, you will feel physically and mentally strengthened!
