Description
This power yoga sequence helps release toxins and energize the body. Suitable for all levels.
Start with a full stretch of the upper body and a warm-up featuring dynamic movements. Activate the core by flowing from the downward facing dog pose to the high plank pose, and the chaturanga upward facing dog pose. Continue flowing through poses such as the chair twist, side plank, and warrior II poses, which strengthen different parts of the body. End the class with relaxing stretches to remove toxins from the body.
After this class, you will feel refreshed and strengthened.
