Description
In this session, Master Keshav will guide you through a sequence of back stretching and strengthening poses that helps to relieve back pain and build a stronger back. Suitable for everyone.
The class begins with dynamic movements, standing lateral stretches, ankle and knee stretches, shoulder and chest opening, twisting, and hip rotations. Then you will practice some hip and hamstrings focused postures in standing and kneeling positions like warrior and pyramid pose.
Hip opening and twisting poses are crucial in relieving lower back tension, while back strengthening poses like locust and bow pose helps to develop strength along the backline of the body and improve spinal health.
