Description
In this session, Master Yogananth and his son Jeremy Andiappan will guide you through a multilevel Hatha sequence. The class begins with full-body dynamic warm-ups and preparatory poses for backbends and inversions. You will work on your core and hip flexors, and stretch out the spine and front torso. Then you will learn poses like wheel pose, elbows down wheel pose, camel pose and headstand drop back. Various intensities and modifications are given; please practice safely and progressively by listening to your body.
