This 60-minute Hatha Yoga multilevel class is physically more challenging, while modifications are given to address your limitations and progress safely.
The class begins with dynamic warm-ups, it is crucial to prepare the body first before going into advanced postures. You will learn to open the chest and upper back, improve the stability and mobility of your shoulders, stretch out your thighs and engage the glutes.
