Description
This class focuses on building core strength and stability, and works on all areas of the core – abdominals, intercostals, internal and external obliques, back and hip muscles.
Master Mahesh begins the session with a standing warm-up for the shoulder and hip joints. Followed by leg balancing and strengthening poses like shiva dancer pose and warrior III pose. You will move through some twistings and thigh stretches for hip mobility; arm and core strengthening movements, and wrist stretches to prepare the body into peacock pose step by step. Also, some back strengthening poses like locust pose.
With the joyful and cooling breathing techniques at the end of the practice, you will feel energised!
