Description
Vinyasa Yoga is a flow of postures connecting with breaths. Vinyasa is like a moving meditation focusing on your body movement and breath awareness.
Master Dilip and Phoebe will start warming up with feel-good poses and stretches, then move into Sun Salutations, flowing through Surya Namaskar A and Surya Namaskar B.
Then you will be guided into a Vinyasa flow with plenty of strength-building poses, challenging variations, and unique transitions. You will practice classic leg and arm balancing poses, forward and back bending poses and inversions as well. Take breaks and modifications as needed.
