Stress, age, food, and environment can cause hormone imbalance, leading to conditions like mood swings, infertility, obesity, diabetes etc. Yoga is a great way to stimulate the hormone-producing glands and restore natural hormonal balance.
In this session, Master Anuja will guide you through a soothing sequence, including half inverted poses such as plough pose and rabbit pose, are beneficial to the thyroid, heart, and lungs; forward bending and back bending postures are beneficial in alleviating stress, anxiety and fatigue.
