Description
This is a 60-minute full body yoga practice that targets the major muscles, strengthens and tones up the upper body and legs; while improving flexibility through stretching and elongation postures.
Master Federica will guide you through a sequence of postures that will help you achieve strength, flexibility, and balance, such as chair pose, standing balancing pose, bridge pose and plough pose. This practice is perfect to set you on a path to a healthy lifestyle. You can practice early in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well.
