Description

This is a well-balanced Hatha class with a comprehensive sequence of balancing, forward bending, backward bending, twisting, lateral stretching, and inversion poses. Suitable for regular practitioners.

Start with some dynamic warm-ups for the shoulders, chest, upper body, and spine. Followed by sun salutations, back bending poses like camel pose, reverse table pose, twisting and forward bending poses. These poses are good for spinal health and bowel movements.

Continue with hip-stretching poses such as gate pose, and low lunges to improve joint mobility and prepare for inversion poses. Towards the end of the class, you will be guided into headstand practice step by step and energised with breathing exercises.
