Description
This is a 60-minute core-focused yoga for building strength as well as increasing flexibility. You will go through a sequence of dynamic movements to activate all areas of the core – abdominals, back muscles, intercostals, and obliques. Connect your body with your breath, transit in slow and controlled movements, tone the abdominal wall and increase strength in the deeper core muscles.
Repeat this practice regularly, and enjoy the results. Great for your core, arms and legs as well.
