This is a 60-minute multilevel Hatha practice for regular practitioners. This session focuses on increasing hips and lower body flexibility to prepare yourself for advanced postures.
Master Yogananth will guide you through a sequence of dynamic warm-ups and hip opening postures. You will learn to deepen the postures such as middle splits, firefly etc. Always keep an open mindset to welcome release and invite stability.
