Description
This is a multilevel Hatha practice, Master Yogananth will guide you through a series of balancing and back bending postures to build strength and flexibility.
Balancing postures are very good in improving body awareness and one-pointed focus. Make use of props like walls and blocks for support, take your time to connect with your body and find the balance. Breathing exercise is introduced at the end of the practice to improve circulation and promote rest and recovery.
Always be patient and observe how your body feels.
