Description
This is a 60-minute hip opening focus practice.
Tight hips reduce the range of movement and can cause issues like lower back pain, spinal misalignments, and even injury. Therefore, yoga to open the hips is crucial. It increases circulation, improves mobility and reduces back pain. In this session, Master Kammy will demonstrate poses with movements of hip extension and flexion, and abduction and adduction.
