This is a Hatha yoga practice for everyone, suitable for complete beginners and regular practitioners.

The class begins with yang practice to strengthen and energise the body, followed by various poses to improve flexibility and release tightness in the body for overall fitness. Some poses and breathing benefits are highlighted for prenatal and postnatal practitioners. If you are pregnant, please avoid poses that puts pressure on the abdomen such as internal twisting.
