This is a yoga balance class to improve focus, alignment and strength. Balance comes from centering yourself in movements, mastering transitions with coordination, and developing your strength and awareness.
Master Mahesh will guide you through a sequence of balancing poses that helps to increase bone density, prolong lives, and avoid the falls that often lead to injuries and death among the elderly. Apart from physical benefits, balancing poses can instill a deep sense of calm within ourselves. The process of finding balance brings many new experiences to your body and mind.
