Description

This is an intermediate Hatha practice to expand your awareness, strength and flexibility. This practice will stimulate the metabolism, challenge your body and give you a full-body recharge.

You will go through some advanced variations of postures, go slowly, take your time and listen to your body. Stay connected to your breath as it is the natural recovery.  You will also gain more flexibility in your legs and open up the hips in poses like front splits and deep twistings. Make every effort as a part of your yoga journey.
