都市人長期處於忙碌的工作和生活,長期姿勢不良,不常運動,可能導致身體緊繃、肩頸僵硬、腰酸背痛,甚至體態歪斜。再加上精神壓力,影響睡眠質素,讓身心疲倦不堪。這節瑜珈練習會由Carol老師跟我們分享保健脊椎的動作。透過放鬆胸椎和腰椎,幫助放鬆緊繃肌肉,並調節骨盆來改善不良姿勢,以及強化背部肌群,減少脊椎的負擔,以達致預防及舒緩腰背痛,並且放鬆身心,有助睡眠!
