Description
Core muscles are a very important group of muscles that support our daily activities and prevent various back and neck problems. This core strengthening sequence works on all areas of the core – abdominals, intercostals, internal and external obliques, back muscles, pelvic floor and hip muscles. You will also try some arm balancing poses after activating the core, then end the practice with an adequate amount of rest physically and mentally.
